6. 30-Day Exchange for Store Credit Policy
At UNRVL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day exchange policy for store credit under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Exchange: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact. Footwear and accessories must also be in original packaging.
- How to Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team at [insert email] within 30 days of your order's delivery date. Include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- Store Credit: Once the return is approved and processed, you will be issued store credit equal to the amount you paid for the item(s), minus any shipping fees. The store credit will be sent to your email in the form of a gift card code.
- Non-Exchangeable Items: Final sale items, including sale or clearance products, personalized items, or products marked as non-returnable, are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Please note that exchanges are only available for store credit and cannot be refunded to your original payment method.
7. Returns & Refunds
While we do not offer refunds, exchanges for store credit are available as outlined in Section 6. If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team immediately to resolve the issue.
